Anti-Corruption and Bribery Policy

Introduction
We are committed to conducting our business with integrity, transparency, and zero tolerance for bribery and corruption. This policy outlines our stance in line with the UK Bribery Act 2010 and applies to all employees, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and business partners.

Our Position
Bribery is the offering, promising, giving, accepting, or soliciting of an advantage as an inducement for an action which is illegal, unethical, or a breach of trust. We do not engage in or condone any form of bribery or corrupt practice, whether directly or through third parties.

Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Offering, giving, or receiving bribes or facilitation payments.

  • Offering or accepting gifts or hospitality intended to improperly influence decision-making.

  • Making charitable or political donations to secure business advantage.

  • Engaging third parties who may act improperly on our behalf.

Gifts and Hospitality
Modest gifts and hospitality may be acceptable if they are:

  • Occasional, proportionate, and not extravagant.

  • Clearly recorded and transparent.

  • Not intended to influence a business decision or gain an unfair advantage.

Responsibilities
All staff and representatives must:

  • Act honestly and with integrity.

  • Avoid any conduct that could be perceived as corrupt.

  • Report any concerns or suspicions of bribery or corruption immediately.

Reporting and Whistleblowing
If you suspect any breach of this policy, you are encouraged to report it in confidence to management or via our designated whistleblowing process. We do not tolerate retaliation against whistleblowers.

Compliance and Enforcement
Breaches of this policy may result in disciplinary action, termination of contracts, and legal consequences. We reserve the right to audit business practices internally and externally as necessary.

Review
This policy is reviewed annually and updated to reflect current laws and best practice.
